Types of Managed Services

Managed Services can be setup on a layered-project, single-project, or management solutions basis.  Which option is best for you depends on your needs. 

Layered-Project

In this scenario (outsourcing), we provide technical expertise and deliverables for one or several components of a larger project.  We assume ownership of our portion of the project and hire 1099 contractors when necessary or assign our employees with the expertise to get the job done. Single-Project

In this scenario (outsourcing), we assume ownership of the entire project; first, assigning a project manager to serve as the onsite contact and to manage and coordinate every aspect of the project. Working with you, we play a key role in determining the project scope, performance objectives, and milestones. Management Solutions

In this scenario, we deliver key services to your organization on an on-going basis.
