Our pricing is flexible and is designed to fit any budget and need. Our rates are determined by design time, number of respondents, number of weeks the survey is posted, and the complexity of the reports that you want.

A survey with no extra features can be designed and hosted for as little as $600 if we convert the survey from Word.

Survey projects typically range from $500 and $2500, depending on the features required and the length of time online.  Surveys in this range typically include anonymous (no password) entry, randomization of a grid of questions, pause/resume, skip/branching, and mandatory fields.

Between $2500 and about $10,000 are projects with a larger degree of complexity: many different versions of the survey, multiple languages, some custom coding, a lengthy survey requiring conversion to HTML, etc.

Projects which require a substantial investment in custom development can be over $10,000.
